The prices shown above are fixed session rates. A 50% booking payment of £100 for a half day or £150 for a full day secures your date and is credited against your final invoice. Any agreed additional costs are itemised separately. Extra hours are £50 per hour, and weekend or bank-holiday bookings are available by arrangement at £65 per hour.

Questions people often ask

A 50% booking payment secures your date — £100 for a half day, £150 for a full day — and comes off the final invoice. The remaining balance and any agreed itemised costs are paid by bank transfer once the work is complete, unless your written booking summary says otherwise.

Life happens — just let us know as early as you can. The cancellation and rescheduling terms are confirmed in writing before you book, so you always know where you stand, and any charge simply reflects the notice given and work already committed.

No — never. They’re your belongings and your decisions. Our job is to make the choices easier and keep the practical work moving, not to decide for you.

For decluttering, the person making decisions normally needs to be available for at least part of the process — and you set the pace. For move days, new-home set-up or an agreed property clearance, family members can often arrange everything remotely and receive agreed updates.

It depends on the size of the job, the number of decisions and the timescale — and we’d rather give you an honest answer than a vague one. That’s exactly what the free 20-minute call is for.

Reusable items are prioritised for family, donation or recycling. Any waste removal is carried out or arranged through an authorised waste carrier and quoted separately before it goes ahead.

We’re based in Cardiff and support clients across South Wales. There’s no travel charge within 30 miles of Cardiff; further afield, mileage at 45p per mile is agreed before the booking goes ahead.
